2018 Reading Goals: Review

I didn’t fulfill all my reading goals, but that’s okay.

England has a fascinating, slowly evolving culture and history.

North and South married sorrow with happiness, showing that life is never one or the other. It is always both.

When pain enfolded me, prayer was my first line of defense.

We need to light our faith, both for ourselves for the world.

I connect the best I can with family and revel in their warmth and love.

The family we gain (both through blood and by choice) is what we take with us into the next life.

Love is the one gift that is freely given.

We are all, at some point, hungry of heart. Let’s feed each other.

We need to build strong communities that can weather anything. We need to be “knit together in love.”

Helping each other, though. That’s magic. That’s happiness. That’s joy.

Whether you’re the one serving or being served, it brings so much joy.
